Capstone Inspections will prepare a detailed Commercial Assessment report for the complete property. If you would only like specific components inspected we can accommodate upon request. As necessary, we can and will incorporate all needed professionals including, electrical, mechanical, fire safety, crane, elevator, HVAC, plumbing or environmental scientists creating an interdisciplinary team.

Our Commercial Assessment Services include Facilities such as retail spaces; office space, restaurants, light industrial, multi-family units, apartments, hotels, motels, senior housing, and other special purposes buildings are also considered commercial units. Capstone Commercial assessments are performed in accordance with the ASTM E2018 professional standard. The assessments scope may be modified to meet the buyers needs related to the future use of the property.

Included in Capstone’s Commercial Assessments is Infrared Thermal Imaging for Energy Loss Surveys, Electrical Assessments, and Flat Roof Scans.
